unique construction

Significant experience in production of valves, along with reviews about their operation, as well as recording of requests and offers of customers allow to make a number of improvements in the design of valves and to talk about its uniqueness and accordance with international standards for this type of equipment. Advantages of Inko valves design :

scheme

1) The movable rigid seal. With prolonged use of valves, due to the impact of impurities and also because of the severe thermal and chemical conditions, the valve seal becomes badly worn. The use of mobile hard seat can significantly extend the life of valves due to the elastic deformation of the sealing material, besides this design provides a snug fit. Inko is the only manufacturer to apply this unique solution. This technology in performance is not inferior to counterparts of the most world famous manufacturers.

2) The use of mobile hard seal maximizes throughput. For example, the valve DN100 Inko has a diameter of 92 mm of flow area, and the valve DN100 of other commonly used design, has a diameter of 67.5 mm of flow area. 3) The piston of Inko drive has increased diameter that allows to increase stability of the valve. The design of the O-ring of piston of Inko drive uses the most advanced engineering solutions (type Y) and makes it possible to achieve the maximum sealing of the gasket to the cylinder surface and significant increase in service life.

Continuous operation for Inko piston is more than 500 km along the axial movement.

The mirror grinding of surface of piston rod can significantly reduce friction during its operation, which also increases the stability and reduces wear.

schemeWorking stroke of the Inko actuator cylinder is a quarter more than other manufacturers offer, this increases speed and accuracy of the performance of control signals and makes it possible to attain speed up to the synchronization with control signal.

Thus, the Inko valves are most fully correspond to the technical parameters, during the replacement of the equipment of the widely utilized models, such, for example, as Metso.

During the improvement of the construction of the Inko valves the most common design flaws, revealed on the opinions of the users, were taken into account and corrected:

Common design flaws of valves of other manufacturers:

1) Other manufacturers do not use a mobile hard seal of the seat. Consequently, during operations the valve creates a high friction between the working element and seal of the gate, respectively, this type of construction is not suitable for control valves.

2) Limited throughput. For the most common valves of other manufacturers DN100 valve has the inner diameter of the flow section of only 67.5 mm. When it is necessary to use flange connection, due to restrictions on fixation caused by the construction of the sealing of valve seat, the actual diameter of the flow area becomes even smaller. This causes a reduction in capacity and productivity of the valve.

3) Seal rings of actuator piston are used traditionally (O) type, such seals wear out quickly and do not provide the necessary airtightness.

4) The length of the cylinder is a quarter less, it results in slower response and less precise perfprmance of the control signal. The smaller diameter of actuator piston affects the same way. Taking into account the indicated advantages of the Inko construction, and enormous experience of manufacturing of this products, it is desirable to note the high standard of production and as consequence, the stable high quality of the equipment of this model.
